My love for event coordination began years ago when I was employed at a Lawfirm in Arizona and had the opportunity to plan events professionally for the staff Attorney's. Fast forward 10 years later, to when I was managing a Wellness center in Portland and I once again found myself in a position where I coordinated events, although, this time it was for my Clinical team! It wasn't until I began designing my own wedding in 2015 (which was in another state from the one I was currently living) that I realized how much I enjoyed this line of work & may even have a knack for it! My husband use to joke with me about the number of spreadsheets I used when planning our wedding... my perfectionistic ways may have come up a time or two in conversation .... :)
Shortly after our wedding ended and the pictures started immersing on social media, I began having neighbors and friends ask about my design services. I was completely surprised by the outpouring of support for what was at the time, only a creative endeavor of mine! However, always having an entrepreneuial spirit and the intrinsic motivation to serve others, I felt confident about sharing my business skills publicly and joining the event planning industry!
Since the launch of my business, I have provided design and event planning services from birthdays -- to weddings -- to corporate parties! No event is too small or too big in my opinion and the real joy in operating my own business comes from meeting new clients and helping bring their visions to life! When I'm not busy dreaming up the next event, you will likely find me spending time with my husband in nature (preferably camping, hiking, surfing or all of the above), researching health & wellness topics or hosting meals for family and friends!
